What is more economical, a shuttle or private vehicle? If your group consists of 4 passengers or less, the most economical transportation is our shuttle service. If your group is 5 or more, then a private van just for you is cheaper and of course, faster.  How do I book? You can email us directly at booking@orlandocarriers.com or via our online booking form. How do I pay? Once we have received your booking request, you will be directed to our payment system. If you experience difficulties booking or paying, please contact us at 407-936-0513 or booking@orlandocarriers.com. What is the charge if I cancel? None. A full refund will be issued if you cancel 48 hours prior to arrival. What happens when I arrive at Orlando International Airport? After you clear customs, follow signs to baggage claim. Take mechanical escalators down to the 2nd floor. Our Airport representative will meet you at the bottom of the escalator. He/she will have a welcome sign with your party’s name on it, will assist you gather your luggage and whisk you to the waiting vehicle that will immediately take you to your hotel. What happens when I arrive at Sanford Airport? After you clear customs, go through the exit sliding glass doors to the outside of the main terminal. Continue accross the pedestrian crossing and follow the signs to our concession booth. How do you arrange the return? On arrival, our airport personel, will hand you a return voucher indicating your return date and pickup time. It is your responsibility to confirm that the pickup time on your return voucher is reasonable based on the departure time stated on your plane ticket.
